Adv. Rubina Afzal(Patent and Trademark Attorney)

Adv. Rubina Afzal is a Founder of Ingenious IP Firm. She is a Patent Agent and a Lawyer enroller in Bar Council of Delhi. She is a recipient of the Women Scientist-C fellowship award in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) granted by Technology Information Forecasting and Assessment Council (TIFAC), Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India

Adv. Rubina Afzal has over nine years of professional experience in the field of Intellectual Property Law, with a focus on Patent, Trademark, Copyright, Design & Plant Variety Prosecution & Litigation Practice. Previously, she worked as an Associate Partner at Legacy Partners Previously and served as the Head of the Patent Department at Abu Ghazaleh Intellectual Property TMP Agents (AGIP).

Adv. Rubina Afzal has completed Bachelors in Law (LLB), M. Tech in Electronics & Communication, M. Sc in Electronics. She focuses on Patent, Trademark, Copyright and Design Prosecution and Litigation.

Mr. Md Azharuddin (Patent Analyst)

Md Azharuddin is a Patent Agent at Ingenious IP Firm. He has an extensive experience in the Intellectual Property domain, focusing on Patents & Design.

Md Azharuddin has completed B.Tech in Mechanical engineering. As a Mechanical Engineer, he works on technologies ranging from Mechanical, Medical Devices & applied physics.

As a BD Manager, Zafar Ahmad brings valuable insights into financial planning, market trends, and risk assessment, enabling informed decision-making that supports the company’s expansion and profitability. Ms. Racheeta Sneha Minz (Patent and Design Illustrator)

Ms. Racheeta Sneha Minz is a skilled Patent Illustrator with expertise in creating high-quality technical drawings for patent applications. With a background in Aeronautical Engineering (B. Tech) and hands-on experience in mechanical design and technical illustration. She specializes in producing precise, compliant, and visually clear patent illustrations that align with Indian Patent, USPTO, EPO, and other international standards.

She has extensive experience using industry-standard design and illustration software, including Inkscape, Krita, and FreeCAD, to develop utility, design, and schematic patent drawings. Her technical acumen, combined with a keen eye for detail and creativity, ensures that complex ideas are effectively translated into accurate and professional patent figures.

Beyond patent illustration, Racheeta has experience in aerospace design, CAD modeling, and graphic visualization, with previous work at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) and as a freelance illustrator. She has also contributed illustrations to scientific journals and maintains a strong interest in technical design and innovation.

Mr. Amrit Pal Singh (Company Secretary)

Mr. Amrit Pal Singh is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with over 8 years of rich and diverse experience in Corporate Secretarial Compliances and Regulatory Approvals.

His core expertise lies in corporate compliance management, due diligence, corporate project consulting, paralegal support, and proactive advisory in the domains of corporate laws and company restructuring.

In addition to handling statutory and regulatory corporate compliances, he also possesses strong proficiency in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and allied legal matters.

Mr. Dinesh Kumar (ISO Lead Auditor)

Mr. Dinesh Kumar is a Lead Auditor at Ingenious IP Firm. He has an extensive experience in the ISO Compliance and Certification, focusing on ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditing, Management System Audits, Compliance Assurance, Audit Reporting, Non-Conformity Management, Quality Management Systems (QMS) for various certification bodies. Possessing extensive national and international experience across diverse sectors, including government (Department of Telecommunication, Panchayati Raj, Police Stations, Block Development Offices), banking support industries (finance management, secretarial), and B2B operations.

Mr. Dinesh Kumar has completed Master of Business Administration (MBA). As MBA Professional, he understands the key of Business Development, Strategic Planning, Consultancy, B2B Operations, Financial Management, Project Management.
